Returns and Refunds

We are sorry that we do not provide a refund, but we do have a 15 day exchange policy as per the following terms.
 
  • We only replace items if they have a manufacturing defect.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Send us an email at support@eteshoes.com letting us know you would like to schedule a return.
  • Please also include your invoice for your purchase along with the email. We will not be able to exchange an item without the proof of purchase.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and reshipping to you.
  • We will provide you instructions on how to ship it back to us. As soon as it reaches us we will arrange for a new delivery to you.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
